For friends of German (and English) literature in Transilvania there are good news:

in June 2006 opened the bookshop-cafe ERASMUS. Here you find in addition to Romanian books also many German (und English) titles.

Those who cannot decide immediately what to choose can foil through the pages with a cup of coffee, tea or freshly pressed orange juice.

And what if you don't find the bokk you are looking for. No problem! We get you every title available in Germany for the original price in 7-10 days (English titles may take longer).

As an add-on for our clients we provid you with free high-speed internet access in our cafeteria incl. plug-ins for your notebook.

While the ERASMUS bookshop-cafe lies a little hidden in the court of the TEUTSCH-house on the rim of the city center, the SCHILLER bookshop can not be missed: it is located right on the cities main square, Piata Mare. Since renovating finished in february 2007 you can find here international titles for tourists and german literature in a pleasant environment.
